"A Single Max Choosy Child vs Both Ethical Adults"

▶️ Antrochoanal Polyp:

  • A Single → Single polyp
  • Max → Arises from Maxillary sinus
  • Choosy → Grows toward choana
  • Child → Seen in children/young adults

▶️ Ethmoidal Polyp:

  • Both → Bilateral
  • Ethical → Arises from ethmoid air cells
  • Adults → Seen in adults
