By accessing or using The ENT Resident, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The ENT Resident provides high quality study notes and educational resources for ENT students. We host content on Cloudflare R2 and use Vercel and Neon Postgres to run the Service.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

Google Sign-In only. You are responsible for your account and maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If under 18, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision.

3. Your Content & Ownership

We own all content, notes, videos, and materials provided on the Service.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the notes for your personal, non-commercial use only.
STRICT NO RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTION: You may not share, redistribute, resell, reproduce, or publicly display any of the PDF notes or content from this Service.
- Liability: Any unauthorized distribution or reselling of our content is a strict violation of these Terms. You agree that you will be liable for all damages caused by such violation, including but not limited to loss of revenue and legal fees.
Watermarking: Downloaded PDFs may contain a watermark with your email address to prevent unauthorized distribution.

4. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to:

Violate any law or third-party rights.
Share your account credentials with others.
Scrape, copy, or bulk download content for distribution.
Reverse engineer, disrupt, abuse, or overload the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Payments & Refunds

No On-Site Payments: We do not process payments directly on this website. Payments are handled via external platforms (e.g., WhatsApp/UPI, Gumroad).
All Sales Are Final: Due to the digital nature of the content, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
Access: Premium access is granted upon verification of payment.

6. Service Changes & Availability

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific content giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mausumi Das from claims arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe material on our website infringes your rights, notify theentresident@gmail.com. We will review and respond appropriately.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to binding arbitration and a class-action waiver. Arbitration shall be conducted under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with a single arbitrator, seated at Kolkata, India, in English. Each party bears its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

We may update these Terms at any time. We’ll post changes here. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
