Welcome to The ENT Resident, the official website of The ENT Resident YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/c/TheENTResident), created by Dr. Mausumi Das, ENT Surgeon, Educator and Artist. The channel and this website break down complex ENT concepts into easy-to-understand, exam-relevant lessons through videos, visuals, and notes, for MBBS students and ENT residency PG students.

## About Dr. Mausumi Das

Dr. Mausumi Das holds an M.S. in Otorhinolaryngology from Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad. She was a State Topper (Gold Medalist) in Surgery in MBBS, receiving the Smt. Anuka Banerjee Memorial Medal and the Gouri Sankar Memorial Medal, with Honours in eleven subjects including Anatomy, Pathology, ENT and Surgery.

Alongside medicine, she holds a degree in Fine Art and runs the art channel Art By Mausumi (https://www.youtube.com/@ArtByMausumi). Her background in art shapes the visual, diagram-first style of her ENT teaching: every explanation aims to be visual, memorable, and meaningful.

What began as peer teaching during residency grew into The ENT Resident, where she simplifies ENT for medical students across the world.
